Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

From job seekers: your name, mobile number, email address, work experience, skills, expected salary, notice period, location, resume/CV, and any message you choose to send — collected when you apply for a job, upload your resume, or register for a walk-in drive.

From employers: your name, company name, mobile number, email address and hiring requirement — collected when you submit an enquiry.

Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the website working properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we collect it

We use job seeker information solely to match you with suitable job opportunities, contact you about roles, share your profile with prospective employers for recruitment purposes only, and maintain our candidate database. We use employer information solely to respond to your hiring requirement and manage our engagement with you.

3. Consent

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes above. Sharing your resume with a prospective employer happens only in the course of considering you for a role. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (details below), after which we will stop processing your information and delete it, except where retention is required by law.

4. What we never do

We never charge job seekers for placement. We never sell your personal information. We never share your details with third parties for marketing. We share candidate profiles only with employers for genuine recruitment, and only the details relevant to the role.

5. Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based restrictions — resumes are held in private storage accessible only to authorised D NEXUS staff. We follow reasonable security practices as required under the SPDI Rules, 2011. While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Retention

We retain candidate information for as long as it remains useful for placement (typically up to 3 years from last contact), or until you ask us to delete it. Employer enquiry records are retained for our business records.

7. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; or withdraw consent to processing. Write to us at the contact below and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
