D NEXUS provides recruitment and staffing services connecting employers with job seekers across permanent staffing, contract staffing, bulk hiring, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, and payroll & compliance. This website provides information about these services, lists current job openings, and allows employers and job seekers to contact us.
2. For job seekers
No fees, ever. D NEXUS never charges job seekers any fee for registration, application, shortlisting or placement. If any person demands money in the name of D NEXUS, do not pay — report it to us immediately at info@dnexus.in or +91 63012 16752.
Accurate information. You agree that the details you submit (name, contact, experience, resume) are true and belong to you. Submitting false information or another person's details may lead to removal from our database.
No guarantee of placement. Applying through the website does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment. Hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
Job listings. Openings listed on the website are posted in good faith on behalf of our clients and may be filled, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. For employers
Enquiries submitted through the website are an invitation to discuss services and do not by themselves create a contract. Specific engagements, fees, replacement guarantees and timelines are governed by the separate written agreement signed between D NEXUS and the client. Information you share about hiring requirements will be treated as confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its database or its administration panel; scrape, harvest or copy candidate or client data; or interfere with the website's operation. We may block access for violations.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, logos, graphics and layout — belongs to D NEXUS Business Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to indicate a client relationship only.
6. Third-party links
The website links to third-party websites and services (including WhatsApp and client websites). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
